Let me share mine. frankly speaking these fields saying nothing
I am in EVALUATION phase and still I have many true fields....

As per my understanding, the fields after "canAddMessage" reflects your access privileges on participant portal. As you can add and access the project messages, the fields are true. Similarly, you can not, by your own, amend the proposal or sign the Grant agreement, the fields become False. Same logic can be applied to other fields also.

Exactly, this is how HTML works. It's like an ON/OFF switch. Sorry guys but I doubt these links are going to yield the info we are waiting for...

Yes, I do believe that if there is any information in the link it can be only found in the phase status: RANKING or EVALUATION
By the way, Is there anyone who recently (from Monday 15th) have seen change his/her status from EVALUATION to RANKING?

Nope, I only checked on Monday, and it was RANKING on both links. I also called the NCP and she said they expect the results next week on Monday, and that the results will appear online first (so they won't be communicated to the NCPs).
