Looks like the ethics screening happens after the proposals have been scored/evaluated. So, I am quite confused but I guess we just wait and see....Dont think today is the day though...past 8am

assuming that ranking is after evaluation, I think we are far from the publication of the lists that certainly will not be today, hardly on Friday 19.
the problem is to understand if ... everyone will have the "ranking" part or not
