Well I guess results were sent to NCPs on wednesday, so all NCPs thought they were going to be released on thursday from midnight. But all the process was very badly managed.

I can't believe that these people allowed the results to leak to some people today to release them only on Tuesday.... If they don't send the results tonight I will really email them. This cannot be so... We are talking about an official process donenon public money....
