This info suggests that we have to wait until early April?
Clearly they are not going to wait until early April to release results! People have fellowships to start! The more likely issue is that some people may find themselves in a nightmare trying to figure out what to do if a no-deal happens. But they are not going to sit on 10,000 grant decisions for two months past the deadline to determine this. :)

Clearly they will not wait until April, but maybe they are taking the nodeal brexit situation seriously now. That explains why they need more time: they are revising all successful applications, especially those with UK hosts! Why finance UK hosts if that means the EC have to revise these fellowships in a month! Also, everything is good for political pressure on the UK
Because they have evaluation criteria and scores that have been weighted by expert panels. They can't just throw that out of the window.

I know Brexit is unsettling, but these funding decisions also work through a predefined bureaucratic process! The people in charge of the funding decisions aren't now going to say that you got a 98 but can't be funded. But it may be that they then don't have to pay that funding to a UK institution if there is a no-deal Brexit and the UK government have to find the funding. Still, there is no way that they are going to divert from their very strict and clear rules on how funding is allocated.

P.S. I research public administration.

I see your point - but we believe this would have been already done in the discussion since Dec. not these days.

Indeed, this portal is very poor. We should clearly know where is our application after every evaluation/ranking step/phase. With this number of applicants they will have problem with reserve list as well.
I guess they are reluctant to let us know much information. It's much easier to infer if you are winner or loser, they also need some space to rearrange the final list.
For example, if the passing line of a exam is 60, then you get 59. This does not necessary means you got a score of 59, maybe you could have passed the exam, but there is some ineffable reason, such as the number of people who passed the exam should not over a certain percentage.
Hopefully everything is there, but if they are not busy revising the final list, why it tooooks so much time and they do not have a clear date till now. I wish I was wrong and the results are around the corner.

Totally agree with you danGFSOC. My guess is the delay has nothing to do with Brexit and we'd be able to hear from them soon enough (if for soon we understand the 12th). These speculations only add noise to all the process, even though it's very informative to read all the Brexit posts... ;)

Meanwhile, there are just 2 min left for 5 pm :o

Please, do not speculate too much with brexit etc without any solid ground or info... this adds just noise and worsens a situation that is already shitty.

well, the results were expected last week. Last week NCPs and MSCA actions said next week, this week some NCPs said today would be the day, then rumours circulated that there is a delay, then the Irish NCP said that the release of results is delayed, then we started speculating whether this is caused by Brexit negotiations. And here we are.

should be tomorrow.

it would be very risky for them to show up results on Monday, just before deadline.
