Does anyone know that the statues "finished: false" is the same in the accepted and rejected proposals?

A few days ago I read somewhere (I don't remember exactly, but maybe the forum of last year, not sure) that status turns to finished: true only for the accepted proposals. I am wondering how much this statement is true? or even if we can still trust to outofdate information. Would be appreciated if anyone can clarify this.

I see the same in mine.

I think that we are looking to the wrong website. All this links are related to the web page we currently see, but I think that the results have been uploaded in a parallel website which will be online and will substitute the current one only when they will start sending the emails.

I think all the document (rejection/approval) are already in the correct website (in my theory offline) but we will never find anything looking to the one online (not updated).

Or maybe the real explanation is completely different...
