The UK is a great place, so many good people there, in all parts. Have to say though my favourite non-Irish place is Cologne, and Germany in general. My wife is from Cologne (Koln), and I worked in Berlin for 5 years and that was pretty cool (even though I just cannot stand hipsters!).

Ah central Ireland, love it. Do pay the odd visit to Dublin though.

I adore Dublin actually. I’ve only been once. I visited a friend’s mother and had a magical Christmas. If I don’t get it, at least I just took a position in the UK, so I can hop over to Ireland more! It’s actually going to be a tough decision if I get offered it because my new job is quite good to me. :/

So much coincidence here! One of my current housemates is from Cologne. He’s lovely (a wicked sense of humour), so imagine he must come from a great place!

it is the same portal! I think we are doing them a really big favor, so they can block all the loopholes in their portal the next year!
