And you think that there is any difference between those ranked on Jan 12th and on Jan 24th?

I don't think there is a difference. I think they made an update of the system panel by panel, one after another. That is why there are difference in dates within the panels and between them. Regarding to " evaluation" people like me - our status was/ will be also updated but stucked for some reason (panel changes, low/high scores, specific issues) and the links don't represent the real status.
