I do not think that the order of appearance of the RANKING status necessarily means something related to the outcome. It could be alphabetical or in order of project number. I think we end up overinterpreting.

The only relevant thing is FINISHED: if is says true, it means you are out, false ... means ... that you can still work on it hence you will be invited to negotiate or are on the reserve list, my 4th year, know the script by heart . Sorry for the good or bad news.
