2020 Marie Curie Individual Fellowship (H2020-MSCA-IF-2020)
Re: 2020 Marie Curie Individual Fellowship (H2020-MSCA-IF-2020)
Same one grant per 8 application about 1300 grants.
Re: 2020 Marie Curie Individual Fellowship (H2020-MSCA-IF-2020)
I have by mistake resubmitted my proposal even though the host and one of the research objectives have changed.
Do you think I will be rejected because I ticked the box ?

Some more useful numbers... https://ec.europa.eu/info/news/record-n ... nCdgSVQMMM
A significant increase of applications in all panels. A 42% increase (!) in the CAR panel. But significant increases in the other panels as well, more than 20% on average.
Good luck to all! It seems that this year we will need it even more...

11573 applications will be evaluated by 4000 external experts, that's approximately 3 applications per expert. It is not that much, I was expecting at least 10-15 applications per expert ...

Wow, that CAR increase is wild! It doesn’t make me fee optimistic about my chances.

I would think that means that the pool of evaluators is 4000. Not that 4000 will be selected.AdinaBabesh wrote: ↑Sun Sep 13, 2020 4:17 pm11573 applications will be evaluated by 4000 external experts, that's approximately 3 applications per expert. well, each project requires 3 experts, not one, so that would be 8-10 applications per expertAdinaBabesh wrote: ↑Sun Sep 13, 2020 4:17 pm11573 applications will be evaluated by 4000 external experts, that's approximately 3 applications per expert. The link says "Projects will be selected for funding with the support of some 4 000 external independent evaluators drawn from the European Commission's experts' database."

Hi everyone! Those numbers are not encouraging, but we will hold up. I have another question. Since my organisation is based on a cooperation btetween a foundation and a university, do you think it is possible - in the VERY unlikely case of award - to change the PIC ex post, from that of the foundation to that of the university? Has anyone heard of such a case?
Thanks a lot!
