can we consider that the links have been frozen? or that there are others that we do not know?

According to the statistics released by the European Commission, last year about 80% to 90% of the MSC-IF applicants got the score of 70 (or higher). As I have noticed there are "many" people on this forum who are still in the phase of "EVALUATION", so I think it is very unlikely that all of them are below the threshold of 70! :geek:

I am in EVALUATION phase and it's impossible that my proposal could fall below 70. My supervisor is fellow of 5 science academies, and his research group ranked number 1 in EU for consecutive 5 years and number 1 in the world in 2014. He is the pioneer of an entire research field in my subject area. If he reviewed and accepted my research proposal, than there is no chance it can fall below 70.

Yes, I do believe that if there is any information in the link it can be only found in the phase status: RANKING or EVALUATION
By the way, Is there anyone who recently (from Monday 15th) have seen change his/her status from EVALUATION to RANKING?
Nope, I only checked on Monday, and it was RANKING on both links. I also called the NCP and she said they expect the results next week on Monday, and that the results will appear online first (so they won't be communicated to the NCPs).
Have you had a chat with your NCP yet, who said the results will be out today?

Yeap, she said they now expect them next Monday :) It looks like it's going to be next Monday, or even the Monday after that.
