That is not true (think about it - it would be very unfair!).

If someone from ENV resigns then the first reserve in the ENV panel gets the offer. The thing is that very few people are part of the reserve list, so it happened before that there is a particular panel where all the applicants in the reserve list get an offer, and then they offer to the ones with higher scores (independently of their panel).
Then why they don’t sort the reserve list according to the different panels?
They do. I received that information from my NCP.

I don’t understand why NCP give some sort of contradictory information...

Some NCPs don't like to provide much information, particularly if contacted by e-mail. But did your NCP told you that resignations from one panel go to the overall reserve list?

They just said that don’t have any info regarding reserve list.

When did you contact them? I believe that most of them got the info today. I would suggest contacting them tomorrow and asking again (you can also ask about the way waiting lists work).

Yesterday. Yeah, maybe was to early to have the results... I will see if they have the info during this week. My host is also trying to figure my position.

Hey,
I'm in the same panel ( ST-LIF) and got 93%. Since this panel is the most competitive one, chances are high that you will get it.
Hi, i am in the ST-LiF panel and got 93%, but i am on the reserve list. I don't really get it why? I though the cut off value is 93.
I’m on the reserve list too. I learnt that I’m the first on reserve list though.
But why people get 93, they still on the reserve list if the cut off value is 93.

This has been explained before. See previous messages - they break the tie with the Excellence score.

Is there anyone or anyone you know rejecting their fellowship?

Yes, I know one case form ST-LIF that will reject the MSCA. So congrats, it is now a matter of time!

By the way, can you give me the details about your NCP? I would like to ask about my position and some clarifications!
