2017 Marie Curie Individual Fellowship (H2020-MSCA-IF-2017)

Post by CountZ » Thu Jun 01, 2017 10:05 pm

Here is the new Marie Curie forum for the call ending in September 2017 with results in Jan/Feb 2018.

I know a lot of people are still waiting on the reserve list.
I got 93% in GF-SOC in the last call, hope to finally get past the funding limit for MSCA-IF-2017.

Anyway, welcome... the discussion continues...

Wow! So there is good news for some of us to come! Congratulations! I actually heard of someone in SOC who was invited a few weeks back.

Yes, this forum is definitely better suited for the discussion on MSCA than what we had before (Couldn't stand that lag!)

So, after much stress, I have just heard that my proposal has been invited.
Didn't think it would happen since it's been so long, and I'd already started working on IF-2017! :o
Good luck everyone!

SOC-EF congratulations!
samidef, yes someone on the blog reported getting invited 2 weeks ago. Do you know what rank you are?

Ooops sorry - Didn't see the reply! The evaluation report didn't give my rank, only the score, and the letter said I was wait listed. But we all knew our status anyway because of the hack! Anyway, I found my rank by calling my NCP - not that high a chance, so I will focus on the 2017 application.

Yes, super lucky! I haven't even looked at the 2017 form. Wonder if there is much difference with 2016.

There seems to be some disagreement about what constitutes a "research organisation" in Form A. Some people think it is an institution which only does research (so not a university that teaches classes), and some people think it's an institution which does research (and maybe other things).

Anyone know if it's important to check the right box?
