While checking for the latest update on Phase, I noticed that there is one link displaying before the Phase screen.
Please see the attached screen shot.

"X" denotes four digit number and "Y" denotes ID number of the submitted proposal.
My curiosity is about this four digit number (XXXX).
How about yours?

It's a port, and it's probably 6321 for everyone (or if it isn't, it only reflects load-balancing on the EC servers). It's hard to see how it would bear any relation to results, sorry. Patience! We've waited this long already.
