There are very few people with evaluation.
I don't know the meaning, but we definitely not within the "ranking" group. It should be very low or very high score.
And i prefer to remain with this status. In case of "low" or "very low" there is only one place to proceed - to dramatically improve it or to change the project. No slight changes - this part i like the most.

I think they mean that their status is still in Evaluation as opposed to Ranking.
