This is my first time and wrote my project proposal in 5 days but still I am hoping to get 95+
I love your attitude, honestly! Good luck
Thanks! what I learn during 23 years of student life ->attitude matters a lot :D
I wish I could quote this and the last comment you made here. You wrote your proposal in 5 days and your supervisor is such a BOSS? Interesting....in 5 days and you are sure you got over 70...I think you kind of taking the piss a wee bit?

My supervisor is fellow of 5 science academies, and his research group ranked number 1 in EU for consecutive 5 years and number 1 in the world in 2014.
Is there a ranking of research groups? Where can I see it?

Yeap, she said they now expect them next Monday :) It looks like it's going to be next Monday, or even the Monday after that.
Oh no now I am going to keep having anxiety dreams about this every Sunday!

And he/she has been a student for 23 years
Did you take 5 different degrees? Or you struggle to write properly? If it is the latter I can imagine how your proposal looks like after 5 days (and how much time your supervisor spent going through it)

What's wrong with writing your proposal in 5 days?! Ok, I admit the tone of the post you quote is a bit over the top, but still...

I wrote mine in 7, because I had some personal circumstances which did not allow me to spend more time on it. I am also pretty sure I have a very decent proposal, definitely more than 70. It depends on how efficient you are at writing proposals. I will totally report my score back to this forum once I hear it.

Also, just curious about how much time you spent on yours. I hear it's usually something closer to 1 month or so.

I spent about two weeks on mine (not writing full time, but close enough) and then another two weeks to have others read it plus our institution has a whole bureaucracy you have to go through with each application.

I'm sure he accounts school time before university into this. I have also taken about 13 years (4 for BS, 3 for MS, 6 for Phd) to get all my degrees.... so my total comes up to 25 :o :o :o

Is it weird that I prefer to read about wrong assumptions over the links rather than hearing about the greatness of one's supervisor??
