PE submission here as well.
The magic link, copied from the Marie Curie posts on this forum (https://ec.europa.eu/research/participa ... ct/XXXXXXX where XXXXXXX is your project ID) shows ‘phase:ranking’ (instead of submission) as of this afternoon, so hopefully something is moving 🤞

Cool, I did not know about this link. Mine says: Phase:EVALUATION

Is it changed also for you?
So weird.
I'm also wondering what the "informed" date in the portal stands for. In other Horizon projects, I had the evaluation by the "informed" date or a few days before...

For me it was phase:SUBMISSION before and changed to phase:RANKING yesterday evening

Mine is also "RANKING". Is there any other status remark for anyone else?

To me, EVALUATION (still there) sounds in-between SUBMISSION and RANKING, but you never got EVALUATION (apparently); hence, it could be after ranking (?). We need to get all to the "final" step before getting any communication. This may take a while, then.
In an online interview, an officer was asked when the ERC CoG 2023 will be communicated. She answered that the CoG 2024 deadline is on 12 December and they'll try to communicate the results by the end of November to give some time to revise the 2023 rejected projects for a new submission... (I cannot find the youtube video now)

PE here as well, I am on "EVALUATION". I was at the interview stage last year too. Back then the interview felt good and I was very anxious but in the end it didn't work out. The information last year came out Jan 19th, so roughly two weeks before the new deadline and way past the date written in the online system.

This year's interview was very mixed for me and I am mentally preparing for pulling off another two weeks of madness in another round. From all the information I have from last year I expect that they will inform everyone during last week of November. Hopefully it will be sooner than that.

Fingers crossed for all of us!

Edit: AFAIK the order is "SUBMISSION", "EVALUATION", "RANKING" and finally "INFORMATION". "RANKING" to "INFORMATION" can be as short as a few days. Sure, they have to rank everyone, so roughly a thousand people but how long can this take, perhaps 1 week? That some people have apparently already moved to "RANKING" could imply we will hear earlier than I estimated above.

Thanks for all the information; very useful.
I'm preparing for the last week of November too. It looks like the most probable option at this point.
Fingers crossed!

Do you know if the university get the notification much earlier than the candidate?

I don't think that the institution will be informed before the candidate but I don't really know.

The University gets the communication only when the candidate receives it.
