Meanwhile, the funding and tenders portal is undergoing lots of changes.

Yesterday, 'my expert area' appeared briefly on the left side-bar. I tried pressing but it was un-responsive. It then disappeared. (I'm not an evaluator)

I'm wondering if you can see the 'formal notifications' section under 'my proposals' or it's been there from previous grants.

I summarised the following information based on my experience and comparative studies made from this link.

The person who went to ranking at the very beginning got the grant or scored above 70 and below 85.

The person who went to ranking after a long time stays in the evaluation scored above 85 and got grant or reverse list or closed to target value.

The person has the information phase means who scored below 70 or have eligibility issue.

I noted the username, their phase change from submission to ranking directly or submission to evaluations to ranking, their panel, percentage of the score if they mentioned in the message with their panel.

I did already with the username who got grant or reserved list with their posting time and phase status changed with last three years. I noted in text book rather than the excel sheet.
Is it possible for you share this data with us? Thanks a bunch
It seems from this "The person who went to ranking at the very beginning got the grant or scored above 70 and below 85." that the only thing ranking in the very beginning means then is they scored higher than 70 and didn't score between 85% and whatever the cutoff point was ... strange!

Once you have a final document, you can also put it on an on-line google form, where unregistered users can also put their data.

What I found from the last year, was the opposite. I found almost all the 20~ people who report their ranking early got fund.
The first report was on 3pm~ 3rd of Feb 2021.

Important sentence:

"After Panel finalizes its work, proposals are automatically ranked by the SEP system in descending order
of the total score in their respective panel ranking list."

It is my old post. Based on that I think that proposals are ranked from the highest score to lowest score in respective panel.

Once again, this says nothing about the time your 'phase' changes. It is just about the visual order.

Yes. I agree with you. But you can read their entire message in the forum.

Could both 'rankings' be the same? What is SEP system? If it is a computer, how long does it take to rank ~1000 entities??
