Are you sure some people stayed in submission and still got the grant? that is the little light of hope I need right now!

I'm checking other years, conclusions:

In 2020, ranking was on Jan 28. NCP had results in Jan 29. EC informed all in Feb 4t.

There are people who remain in Submission and got the grant.

You can move from Evaluation to Ranking and come back to Evaluation, we don't know.

Most granted people had phase":"RANKING","proposal":true,"finished":false} "canStartGAT":false

Some years before, there were people who went into ranking some days after and they were the ones who actually got funded.

So don't worry! There's still loads of hope and things seem to differ a lot from year to year anyway :)

Please, stop listening to the comments here.

Some people are looking to see when all proposals change status and the others are looking to see is they all change. These theories cancel each other because if we were all to pass through all phases, then it also means that we all get the funding.

Also, we are scientists, we don't listen to random things random people say on the internet 8-)

Yeah, I am sure there is plenty of time to go to ranking :) and yes, we still don't know what this exactly means
