It's my wild guess more extra money must be available as this is last year of H2020.

I'm also 2nd on the reserve list, but for the GF-CHEM panel (calculated that approx. 13-14 people got accepted in my panel), no idea of my chances... but I haven't heard anything yet and my NCP could not see if me position had changed a couple of weeks ago.
