Is it fair to say that if you haven't seen a change to see grant preparation on the portal then you are not funded?

I already know from the DreamTeam that I got 91.4 = not funded, but I just want to get some more confirmation so I can accept another postdoc position.

Do they publish the results in alphabetical order? I mean, surname of the applicant ...

Maybe on the basis of the date you created the proposal? I started the preparation before but I created a draft just a few days before the deadline and until now I see no changes at all in the system.
