I used it and put my proposal number instead of the XXXX and this message came:

"Sorry! We couldn't find the page.

The page you were looking for is not available or has changed its name in the new site.

Hi everyone,

From my experience of the past years: ranking means you got above 70, evaluation you got less. Normally, they should fund all the projects above 70, that's why they do a ranking list. The evaluation process finished indeed around December, in January they made the list (main list, reserve list, etc). On February 4th the results were out, last year.

All results are sent in the same day, no matter the list, in the order of the application number. I don't know the numbers this year, I didn't apply, but the one with application number 1 will receive the results before the one with the application number 2. It takes many hours to sent out the results, there are thousands of applications every year.

Please check your page on the funding & tender portal, all the documents are there (project proposal, IERs, Ethics, etc). Last year the documents were posted before the official notification came out. I remember I knew I got the fellowship many hours before I got the official results.

Those who have been contacted before for their Ethics it means the EC is interested in their proposal and it gives them a chance to improve their Ethics. They might be at least on the reserve list.

CAR panel, third and last attempt. Unable to face the status (Ranking/Evaluation) by disabling styles. Trying to preserve my mental health. …..
So waiting THE mail in the coming days, most probably on Monday 1 a.m. according to the past calls.

For those still in evaluation, some years ago (2014 call) I got 87% and remained in Evaluation all the time.

I have been clear enough: the project proposal, the IERs, the Ethics clearance (only if you got the fellowship), etc.

If you don't have them there it means they are not yet uploaded.

Thank you for this incredibly useful information! Just to check: which documents are you referring to? In the 'Follow up' page, under 'Process documents', the proposal has been there in pdf all along. IF you could provide more details that would be great
