Happy New Year everyone! :D

Let us hope that 2021 will treat us better than 2020! Health and happiness to all!

I said I wouldn't follow the forum this time around, and yet, here I am!

I sense that we will receive the results earlier this time.

For me it's the third and last attempt (with a change of host in between).I feel that I worked A HELL OF A LOT on my proposal and I don't believe that there is room for much improvement. So it all comes down to whether my evaluators simply liked it or not. Just hope they had good sex the night before they read it :D

How does everybody else feel?

Good luck to everybody! Whatever happens, happens. Life is too short to worry too much about even a prestigious fellowship like this one.

Hi Anna,
its my first (and only) submission so I really don't know how good it is. My institute has a lot of experience with successful applicants, and I followed their guide/feedback, but I have 2 supervisors who basically went back and forth changing things until the day before it was due, which makes me very unsure how it will be received. I just want to know the result so I can move on to worrying about the other grants I applied for
fingers crossed we hear early. this year.

Then ask your national contact point for the list of all COFUND programs that are currently running at the country of interest.

Having on the mind huge number of proposals, about 12000 compared to 9900 last year, the impact of luck will be definitely higher even a huge number of the high-quality proposals were submited.None last year had such an early status changed, I remember very well.

Hi Dreamer!
Every year, in Jan, we are here waiting...
Good luck to all

Good morning again.

It is another week to wait and be crazy

My status is still "Evaluation" since last week.

I am actually wondering if this status change indicates failure of meeting eligibility criteria since I probably have a potential issue with one of the eligibility requirements.

For Dreamer or previous applicants, have you ever heard about the early status change to "Evaluation" indicating failure of meeting eligibility criteria?

I checked previous year's posts and found that staying "Submission" means failure of meeting eligibility criteria, but not sure if this is my case...

Otherwise, let's hope we can see more changes this week!

I think they already contacted people who did not meet eligibility in October.
