Thanks
guys, as far as I know MY host has 1 MCF, who was awarded last year. Do you think this has affected my result?

Where is the ID number now? Anyone knows?

New to this forum but have been lurking for a while.
Just got my rejection letter for proposal number 886*** - my score was 88.4 this year, I got 92 last year.
I realise this is all really subjective but I’m surprised by how low my score is this year.
All the comments regarding the project are great - they think it is a good project. All the weaknesses in section one that brought down my score a lot from last year were about suitability if the the UK institution - I received NONE of these comments last year. How could the feedback be so different this year considering I changed nothing in that part of my application?
Perhaps subconscious evaluator bias towards UK institutions due to Brexit ?
Anyway, I have actually been awarded a prestigious 3 year postdoc in my home country to do this same project and am starting next month. So this news is not as devastating as it could be. But still, the process sucks, so chin up to everyone else who unfortunately has not been funded. Know that even if the EU won’t fund your project there is still hope!

Ugh, I am still two hours away from when I received the email last year. And I await the confirmation of rejection and a lowered score foretold by Dreamer

I received the email a few minutes ago (Proposal number 885xxx ENV) inviting me for the grant preparation.
My proposal is a resubmission - I scored 95% this year compared to 92.2% last year on reserve list. Crazy because I've been invited already for the grant preparation late last year since I made it from the reserve list. We already processed the documents and I am only waiting for my start date. I didn't know that they will not automatically cancel the evaluation of the resubmission.
But yeah, for those in the reserve list, there's hope that your proposal will move into the funding frame. And for those who resubmitted, there's a chance that you'll make it on your next try. I submitted with UK as my host institution (and secondment) for both submissions.

Thanks to everyone writing in this forum, I've just been reading until now but nice to know there are people out there going through the same... my proposal got stuck in the "evaluation phase" so I'm not hopeful but can't help sit here and wait for that email... good luck everyone!!
