We can! I have asked my host institution for it and they said that once the GA is signed, the university will arrange this (you have to ask them though)

I'm really not sure, but I recently read somewhere I can't recall that we would get it in advance, at least partially (so I guess and hope, yes).
I'm going to Berlin as well!! Are you also going to FUB? What department are you going to and (if I may) where are you from?
