May I know how much was your score?

Hi everyone, I’ve a question regarding the breakdown of the salary. I’m in the SE panel, and my host is a biotech startup with no experience managing this kind of grant. HR are a little confused about the mobility allowance. The documentation provided by the EU makes it seem that this is a monthly payment provided for moving to a new country. However, our national contact point told them it was just for travel expenses like going to conferences etc. I’ve seen multiple instances where the mobility allowance is referred to as part of the monthly salary, and if that’s the case, it obviously can’t be for travel etc. Am I wrong in thinking the mobility allowance is part of my total salary?
Absolutely not, The mobility allowance is a monthly payment on top of your salary, that has to do with the fact that you will have moved to a new place. The costs of travelling to conferences and such should come out of the research costs.

Nothing yet! My host sent a follow-up massage 2 days ago. No reply from the officer also.
Bit scary but we cant do anything other than waiting

Hi, I just received a reply from EU. The officer just said that several actions should be done regarding the GAP which take time. She also said we can follow the process around the first of April.
So, it seems I still should wait. At least a week.
have you received the Grant Agreement ?

Could you please tell us what your status is now on the process continuum in the GAP portal? Is the process of preparation completed now?

Hi, not really. in this stage the host should sign the agreement and send it back to EU for the final sign. So, my GAP process is still between invited and prepared.

Hi, I have not received yet. PO told me that it is following the internal GA work flow and would take some more time. I think I need to wait for a week or 2.
