The letter about reserve list was a bit confusing so I called my NCP and they told me. They should be available for these type of inquiries so you can call them tomorrow!

How do you know your relative position? So far I didn't find specific info about the reserve list.

I was in the waiting list (that does not mean that much since there are plenty of people there), and I've just got the certificate of "seal of excellence" too. I just realized the two things are not related to each other. From what I understood, you can put that on your cv but I have no idea how much helpful that might be for getting other fundings. I would be curious to know something more too about it....

I also got the SoE. I think it depends on the host country/institution. In my case they provide no specific funding for SoE projects; however, I was just notified that the same proposal was awarded a Humboldt fellowship (for which I applied in parallel), so it worked out in the end. So I guess SoE, even if there are no specific funding schemes for it at your host, also hints that your project is likely to succeed in other funding calls.

Seems Vinnova is going to fund all applications in the IF-2018 reserve list. Good news for applicants from Swedish host institutes. :D :D :D

Has anyone in the reserve list been contacted yet? Could it take up to a year to really know if something came out of the reserve list status or not?! :(

I also would like to know if anyone from the reserve list has been contacted yet. The grant signing was from March to May so I was hoping that they will start to contact people by June onwards.
