Borrowed a computer to check the portal...still nothing in there for me at 846xxx.

If 845xxx hasn’t gone then maybe 2 more hours tops.
the lucky ones slept through it

I’m glad I slept last night but I woke up to 10 emails since one of my professional Listservs went crazy. Amazing how nothing is happening to us later people, but I guess it serves us right for setting everything up late!

SOC 845XXX

I'e been sent to the reserve list with 90,4. Given the high cut for this year, I have very little hopes (and I suspect the reserve list is quite big this year just in case of a no-deal Brexit).

So how do you see that you are in the reserve list?

Yes, they should release those numbers soon.
Being so far from the cut-off, I don't expect to get funded but it would be good to know how many of us are in the reserve list.
Also, in the letter they say that funded could be possible if "additional funding becomes available". Does anyone know if this has ever happened?

This was my second attempt. Same project, different host. Improved from 78 to 90,4.

I think there is no official information yet. Usually, they post the figures and the percentages in the updates of the call. https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tende ... ca-if-2018
I got 92.40 SOC and made it for the reserve list. Would be good to know the figures anyway. What is your host country? Mine is Belgium. Third time, the same project improved. 2017-64; 2017-84; 2019-92.40.

Does anyone have any idea of the number of people that are on the reserve list this year?

I read on this forum that the threshold for SOC this year is 92.6: anyone know where this can be verified other than the NCPs, i.e. is this inof on the website somewhere?

I am also on the reserve list in SOC (90.6%), but my score seems very far from the threshold if it is indeed 92.6, so I am not holding out much hope.

I did receive my score, 75, first time application in Soc. The comments are a bit contradicting between the strength (mostly very good and excellent) and the weaknesses:

Excellence:
S - It is credible that the researcher will reinforce professional maturity.
W - It is not sufficiently convincing that the experienced researcher will gain many new skills and competences during the fellowship, her/his maturity is above average.

Impact:
S- The foreseen outreach activities envisaged as part of the proposal would enhance in an excellent way the international visibility of the researcher.
W- The proposed outreach activities are aimed mostly to a different country than the country where research will be located.

Implementation:
S - The Gantt chart is clear and thoroughly planned. It includes six work packages focused on project objectives, with major deliverables and milestones which develop a feasible and appropriate plan.
W - The high number of deliverables is not convincingly justified.
