Does anyone know if the NCPs have been informative (for this stage) over the past years?

This what my NCP received from MSCA
“Just to let you know that the release of the IF letters has been delayed. We can’t tell you at this stage when they will be sent out.”

From this statement I understand that it is not going to happen before the weekend. My best guess is Tuesday.

Which country's NCP if may ask? Did they receive it today?

It is the Turkish NCP. They are also upset that they have disinformed us previously since themselves were disinformed by MSCA people regarding the results being released on Feb 7.
I received the email almost two hours ago.

So they are actually not saying that the sending has been "generally" delayed, but that the release of results has been delayed compared to the previous info they gave on releasing on February 7... Well, I guess we realised that!

Delayed from what was supposed to happen (February 7. Starting during the night, just like last year). So it can be today (less likely) or tomorrow (more likely) or next week ( )

Ok but in this case it might mean that the release was delayed from yesterday to maybe today??...In this case it would still be possible that both NCPs are right. Or? We will become experts in text analysis and semiotics... Otherwise, why would the UK NCP say that they will release today?

I got the same email from my NCP. She said that they were expecting the results today. But it seems that we will wait more. And as I said before: They fucked up big time!!!
