I think with this phrase he wanted to imply (without saying that explicitly) that someone already received the official letter and that people who know their results received them officially while the others have to wait... but not true!!!

They talk as if they have to find 9830 carrier pigeons to send the letters.

We have no idea when the emails will start, just that they will get people the results by midnight on 2/12. So it could be anytime, but I would guess not over the weekend?

I think they are going to ignore and deny that people have results.

Yes most probably they will not believe that some resuls were already known before and they will just keep their rate as it is.

I guess it is not important to know the results now or in a few days. However, I feel so anxious!!!

All this leakage has been managed very badly and we have the right to feel upset. Getting the fellowship means moving to another country, changing your life, and it's normal we want to know it asap.

I just want to know it.
