Hey guys,
Has anyone heard of any local/national funding opportunity accepting the seal of excellence which is not listed on the EC website? The list seems limited to a few countries only.
Good luck to you all!

If you indicate on your MC application that it's a resubmission the reviewers will first be asked to provide individual/independent reviews and then automatically get the previous year's reviews at the consensus stage.

Yes, but only after having scored it. So this should not have any impact on your score. If I well understood when they reach a consensus they check the former evalaution in order to see if there is a consistency. In case they will adjust comments (but not score) if needed.

The reviewers will still know that it's a resubmission case and get access to the previous year's feedback and score at the consensus stage. Hence, they will know, based on your previous year's score, that you have been awarded the SoE.

Followibg my host's research office advice, I have not included the seal in this year's pproposal. There is an explicit clause in the application guide forbidding us to include any information about previous years results in our application!

Maybe I should have!

You can find some information here

https://ec.europa.eu/info/research-and- ... actions_en

Unfortunately nothing related to Spain !

Are they widening countries?
Spain often has ways around. I failed with MSCA-IF-2015. Then there was a call from the Spanish government under the programme called Retos with exactly the same requirements as MSCA (some parts of the proposal were not necessary though). I corrected my proposal according to the suggestions of Ev. reports and submitted. I got funding for 3 years. Just look carefully around and ask your NCP's for suggestions.
Nice to know this!

Sorry, I just got what you meant, dan. They will only reconsider and change the comments at the consensus stage but not the score? That's just sad..

[the question I am asking myself is: was it better to include SoE, against an explicit rule, or not ? What is the procedure they follow if we break a small rule? Could they dismiss the application or something ?

Oh gosh!
That means ill get mine in one week... number 841xxx

Is there anyone with a higher number?
Simone wrote:

I think it is 830 or 831.
I'm not sure that they will follow the application number, but from what I read in this forum last years they did that
I don't think the ID are in succession. Probably there are a lot of gaps. I think applications IDs ranges from 830 to 846 or higher...
I'm 841, therefore assuming they will start sending emails at 12, that the gaps are uniformally distributed across the entire range, and that it will take 20h to complete the entire process, I would expect to have my results in the early afternoon.
Therefore I can sleep tonight

Well, it still sounds like a cool thing to add to your cv for other type of applications :D
