as far as I remember there are no attachments on the emails.

why can't the just upload the ESR so that we could see them and send the email whenever they fix the problem? I don't understand why they need to notify us all first before we are able to see the ESRs?

Its pretty boring, its just an IT problem. The system is not working properly and cannot send mass emails. As soon as they figure it out we will have the results. Thats from an insider and 100% reliable, but, again, doesn't help much.

That's right. They refer the applicant to the Participant Portal.
