Its pretty boring, its just an IT problem. The system is not working properly and cannot send mass emails. As soon as they figure it out we will have the results. Thats from an insider and 100% reliable, but, again, doesn't help much.

why can't the just upload the ESR so that we could see them and send the email whenever they fix the problem? I don't understand why they need to notify us all first before we are able to see the ESRs?

I would imagine they will send them at any time of the day, tonight or tomorrow as long as the system allows...it is simply a practical problem stopping them from executing the sending of emails"
