This is how bad the situation in academia is...after all this is just another temporary grant of two years...which at the end delays our chance of being unemployed again by two years...
And this is the way EU is treating the Candidates.

They’ve started on Sunday nights before...so honestly the answer must be: they can be sent tonight, tomorrow, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. We have no idea.

I think with this phrase he wanted to imply (without saying that explicitly) that someone already received the official letter and that people who know their results received them officially while the others have to wait... but not true!!!
