Guys do not jump to conclusions. I had a talk with a resource who believe that the dealy has nothing to do with Brexit. The reason is that too many applicants got high score such that there is practically no gap between a winner and those whose applications have to be turned down.
In such a case or a tie, typically MCSA team would ask original refrees to resolve ties by re-reviewing the project, or talk to secondary funders (funding body of each host country) to see if they could fund some more applicants.

Brexil will not influence H2020 prorammes. Even in the next call they remain eligible.

This situation can explain why there are no expected dates from MCSA team. The sotuation is beyond tgeir control.
