I've been following this thread and its speculation over the past week with great interest.

The decisions not coming out tonight simply confirm that no one here - even 'the expert' - have the slightest clue as to what's going on. Best to sit on and wait for the email - I'm out.

It's been fun but a complete waste of time.

It might just be that emails will go out at the beginning of business hours in Bruxelles. This has been a long week of waiting . . . I would like them to come tomorrow, but if they don't, then we will all just have to keep waiting!
