I am really wondering how the server will be able to cope with both the 10,000 people accessing the portal to see their results + the 2000 more people uploading and submitting their CoG applications at more or less the same time on the 7th!

is any of you still in EVALUATION applying for the widening fellowships as well?

Well, I guess (according to previous years trend) they will not start sending exactly at 00:01. But from 1 am. And they will take up to 12 hours to finish the process. So most of us will receive the results in the morning. But I say this aware that any pattern this year proved to be not valid.

From my part, it is my third attempt, this year I will not look at my email but I will go through the portal to get my report

First of all they should not have put ranking and evaluation in the system. This will make things more complicated till the results are out.

maybe the ones still in evaluation are still in evaluation because they are being considered for the widening fellowships? I don't know how the widening fellowships would work, but I read that after the allocation of places for the EF, there is a second round of ranking for the widening fellowships. That is that the proposals (that did not get funded in the MSCA round) are resubmitted for the widening fellowships with the same ESR and scores.

Just found the document:

"The normal award criteria, scoring and thresholds for MSCA-IF will apply. EF proposals from all scientific areas which cannot be funded under EF and have a chance to be funded under WF will therefore be ranked in one single list according to the scores and evaluation procedure (including the prioritisation in case of ex aequo) of the MSCA-IF call. .... Host organisations from Widening Countries will be informed simultaneously about the results of the evaluation for both MSCA-IF-2018 and the Widening Fellowships call, i.e. all applicants eligible for transfer to the WF call will receive a standard IF evaluation result letter and an attached WF evaluation result letter."

I did not understand how the WF works....I mean, what about the Host? who is considered for the WF? I thought only who applied with a Host institution located in specific countries.

For the ones in "Ranking", are you still seeing this?

phase "RANKING"
proposal true
finished false

If so, when it will be finished then?

I guess the status changes to finished either when you are rejected or otherwise when the project concludes.

We are looking through a keyhole, using a 'non-official" a not authorised link. They should help us with spying on how they are working and with leaking/revealing results before official release? Come on! Maybe we are asking too much...
