I have a question for the experienced people. When the time comes, I mean when it is midnight tomorrow night, shall we know right away whether we are funded or not, OR do we have to wait untill we receive the email?

If they follow the same procedure like in the previous years, you have to be notified first by mail.

I guess so. 83xxxx-84xxxx are almost 10,000 IDs there.

At least this pdf says that in 2017 there were 7065 IF applicants, less than 900 GF applicants and a few hundred in other categories each: http://cache.media.education.gouv.fr/fi ... 750373.pdf

Or am I missing something? Maybe the same numbers are used for other H2020 applications as well?

IDs are assigned when you created your draft proposal or after you have submitted it?
