It seems that so much more people are in ranking already.
Now, I may afraid that we are in evaluation is under the threshold.

It might be, we don't know. The phase thing does not mean anything. Results were there since December. At the end, the only thing that counts is the final decision, none of this ranking, evaluation stuff matters.

There is no way that this many people will fail to get the fellowship. I hope this phase shit does not mean anything...

Actually 8/42 does correspond to a 19% success rate... which is high but maybe possibile this year (last year 15-16% if I remember well). But it is actually close to the % of people under the threshold last year (around 20-21%)... so who knows? However, I believe that those that are still in evaluation and are resubmitting should not drop under the threshold.
