At least that was the case last year: a very high percentage of people here got the fellowship.
I'm new here and already got ranked on Tuesday. ST-CHEM panel. Strong proposal, top research group and strong track record.

At least if I was just trying my luck with less effort I may not have ended up here. Indeed, but even we are ranked, there is still possibility to receive one of three answers: Acceptance, Reserve list, Rejection.
That was my case last year: RANKING from early january -> Reserve list.

Man, they are definitely doing something! I wonder if they are uploading the evaluation letters!
