I know that overall threshold for entering the "ranking list" is 70/100. That means that those "ranked" have a score higher than 70...

Ranking means we passed threshold 70. But lot of proposals will remain below this value (e.g. 220 proposals for LIF ST last year). Maybe they are also marked as "EVALUATION".

I remember that someone have postered a picture, saying ~20% proposals fall below the threshold.

My guess is that many of the people who find their way into this forum are also among those who have put most time and effort in their applications. At least if I was just trying my luck with less effort I may not have ended up here. If this is true it could make sense that the acceptance percentage is higher than average among the users in this forum.

Indeed, but even we are ranked, there is still possibility to receive one of three answers: Acceptance, Reserve list, Rejection.
