Where did you get this info from?
Yesterday you said that you were told they will be out at the end of january...

Well, January 28 is practically at the end of January. Last year the results were announced on the 29th (Monday). As far as I remember, someone also got an inside tip about the announcement data and it turned out to be true.

I think this year they may have changed the strategy. Instead of EVALUATION phase they kept all at SUBMISSION and only changed now into EVALUATION which could imply RANKING. This is my assumption, of course.

I'm just wondering where this info came from as the same person that this morning revealed the exact date, said yesterday night that Brussels couldnt say an exact date.
