It depends on your order in the reserve list. Order of 1st-3rd will have high chance. But it also depends on the panel.

Small chance if you are in top 3 of reserve list. You can ask your NCP, they can tell your position in reserve list. Good luck!

yes, what I can observe from the report is they keep saying blablabla is not sufficient enough.
