I said I wouldn't follow the forum this time around, and yet, here I am!

I sense that we will receive the results earlier this time.

For me it's the third and last attempt (with a change of host in between).I feel that I worked A HELL OF A LOT on my proposal and I don't believe that there is room for much improvement. So it all comes down to whether my evaluators simply liked it or not. Just hope they had good sex the night before they read it

How does everybody else feel?

Good luck to everybody! Whatever happens, happens. Life is too short to worry too much about even a prestigious fellowship like this one.

Also third time. It is a pandemic and I think that the way that the pandemic went was that some people had more time they could work in and some had less. I fell into the category of less time, but I think each year has just been finessing the initial application (which was reviewed well [reserve list] in year one, and then fell to a reviewer or two who were feeling angry when reading it in year two). I think it's a great application and would love to get funded. But I have a good job and will be fine if I don't get funded. It still won't stop those review comments stinging though! And I am concerned that the major change I made to address the comments in the review last year will be the thing that is then used for a negative evaluation this year. In which case I will laugh.

I would guess four weeks, or a little less. Feb 6 & 7 are a weekend, so you would guess that there would be an attempt to get the results out before that weekend. But who knows. . . . This won't stop rampant speculation about THE DATE though!

For me as well.

It works fine for me, my application is still in submission. I think it’s way too early to have any update!

Now the follow-up link works fine for me as well. Still in Evaluation...
