I guess that all this issues might be related to the uploading of information, which makes very improblable that we will get the results today. There might be a reason to start sending emails at midnight, because last year started from sunday to monday, which means that everything was ready on Friday and they decided to postpone

2 years ago, the results were out on the Friday. Our status on the 'outdated' link had changed on Monday. It is very possible they are transferring those successful applications from the proposal section to the project/grant management section of the portal and that is why they are experiencing issues "The Grant Management Services may experience issues with Grant Management tasks at the moment, due to a network problem. We will inform you as soon as the issue is solved." So results could come out today.
I remember that 2 years ago I couldn't find my proposal under "my proposals" on Friday the 27th of January, because it had been transferred to the "project section". And the evaluation summary was in the portal at 11:50 in the morning, and we received an email at 15:35. Good luck everyone!

The subject line says Proposal Name and Rejection in block so you know the result zithout opening

When results come in, I hear that rejection simply states 'Rejection', but that success is something like 'The coordinator can start to begin grant agreement...'. I spoke to a colleague yesterday who was successful 3 years ago and thats her best recollection.

Are you saying you can see a "projects" line in the new "Funding and Tenders" Portal? Or in the old "Participant Portal"?
All I see in the Funding and Tenders Portal is:
My Organisation(s)
Grants
My Proposal(s)
My Formal Notification(s)
My Expert Area
