2023 Reserve list (HE-MSCA-PF-2023)
Re: 2023 Reserve list (HE-MSCA-PF-2023)
Hello everyone! Another one in waiting list... it's crazy how high the cut-off is this year!! My score is 93.8 EF-SOC (France). I hope for the best.. Does anybody have an idea when we will receive a final decision? I have no idea how the reserve list works, this is my first attempt- if anybody has some knowledge about it, please share!
Good luck you all!!
Good luck you all!!

Hi! I'm in the reserve list for EF-LIF with a 94.2% (Spain)
There is a shared spreadsheet where people are sharing their marks to try to understand the awards this year: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... 1268576352

94.4 ENV-EF, I also saw a 95 and 94.6 mentioned on this forum also on reserve list, so even with such high scores probably still plenty waiting before me! I was so stupid to open the evaluation before the letter considering previous years it seemed to me quite a good chance to be funded!

I am shocked by the reserve list marks this year. With your score, you would easily get funded over the last three calls. That sucks. In any case, you should be super proud for your extremely high score in your first attempt.eleo2093 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 5:18 pmHello everyone! I think around June will be the first time we will hear something - this is based on me skimming through the 2022 reserve list discussion. However, I do not know until when you can receive a final decision. For instance, I was shortlisted in 2022 and still haven't received the final decision.

I am sorry about that!ella_ wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 5:35 pm94.4 ENV-EF, I also saw a 95 and 94.6 mentioned on this forum also on reserve list, so even with such high scores probably still plenty waiting before me! My main hope is that there a lot of UK applicants among the winners and reserve list. This is our best shot I guess.

Mine: 93.4%, EF-ENG, TU DELFT Netherlands.
Anybody knows when the cutoff score and SOC will be published?

I got 95% in EF-ENV and am on the reserve list, but my proposal is with a UK host, so I think you stand a better chance of getting it than me. The situation is not entirely clear on what will happen to the reserve list for UK proposals, but I don't think we stand much of a chance of getting funding.ella_ wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 5:35 pm94.4 ENV-EF, I also saw a 95 and 94.6 mentioned on this forum also on reserve list, so even with such high scores probably still plenty waiting before me! I'm curious though if UK applicants don't just get funded from the UK, and that this is already taken into consideration with the total budget allocation (this was already decided before the call closed). It would be a strange design to put people on a reserve list when you actually know they will get funded once some of the winners get national funding... anyways, stranger things have happened.gincidentallyinquiry wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 6:15 pmI am sorry about that!ella_ wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 5:35 pm94.4 ENV-EF, I also saw a 95 and 94.6 mentioned on this forum also on reserve list, so even with such high scores probably still plenty waiting before me!
