At this stage it does not matter anymore. Results are there and we can all complain or send thousand emails to NCP or MSCA office, but we wont get the results unless via official outlets.
So again, let's wait and finger crossed.

So my contact got email from Brussels which says, among others, that the letters will be send by Tuesday midnight, the latest. This means that it can even happen earlier.

No matter what, waiting for one more weekend is too much.

And to be fair the official twitter says all will be emailed BY Feb 12 midnight. That means they could start now and be done by then or anytime before then. Or option 3...the English used could be wrong and they could mean at.
