since you said you might have an eligibility issue I was wondering if the proposal was transferred between panels like it said was possible in the guide ... but if its always been EF standard it remains a mystery! maybe its good news for you and bad for me... I guess we will have to wait until the 9th to know for sure!

Yes, you are right. Due to the eligibility issue, I thought the status change only to mine indicates that I may fail to meet the eligibility criteria... But, someone in this forum told me that people usually stays in submission status if they fail to meet the eligibility or cut-off... So, I am very confused, curious, and worried...

I don't think my situation can fit any other panels... so, let's see if that is what it is.
When I checked my status, mine is still in the EF-ST panel..

Anyhow, I don't think it is bad for you since all the others remain submission til now, so don't worry! (I actually envy you guys now....)

In my opinion, there must be some problem or something. I find it very strange that all of us are in submission. I think everyone goes to evaluation and then those who pass 70% get a ranking. And those that remain below, remain in evaluation.

courage ECM!... even if you're right very few "submittion" people will succeed (though I do hope that more than 10-13% of people posting on this forum will get it)... while I think my project is great there is a typo in the first paragraph so im not so optimistic either. just here to entertain you all with memes while I ponder why I spent my entire summer on this....

Speaking of the percentages. It would be interesting to know how many people posting to this forum actually get the funding. Are we a representative sample or not?

Also: does anyone know any grant "horror" stories, e.g. like accidentally deleting the submitted proposal or similar?

I'm in CAR-LIF panel and also in evaluation. Don't know from when though. I checked on 11th January and I was already in evaluation, so ECM, you are not alone!!
