This part is rather the conditions for the additional members one has added and their access restrictions. Nothing to do with the application itself is my guess.

They have the previous years evaluation during the consensus report. Not when the reviewers make the individual report. Ok, so they do not see any previous evaluations before writing their reports. Actually i remember seeing a post on the twitter link earlier stating results will be early feb. 2 weeks ago or so. I cant find it any more. I thought they were just giving a safe guess well till we get our results every email is like a mini shock..
