This part is rather the conditions for the additional members one has added and their access restrictions. Nothing to do with the application itself is my guess.

They have the previous years evaluation during the consensus report. Not when the reviewers make the individual report. Ok, so they do not see any previous evaluations before writing their reports. I think they know that it is a resubmission. And, if I am not mistaken, they get to see previous year'...

Ya thats from today. There was a similar post two weeks ago or so.

Actually i remember seeing a post on the twitter link earlier stating results will be early feb. 2 weeks ago or so. I cant find it any more. I thought they were just giving a safe guess well till we get our results every email is like a mini shock..
