Last year, first post with results was around 1:15 am.

They don't. To my mind it makes sense that results start at 3 or 4am so that they will be all done by midnight. Come on, the power is in Brussels, why should they care? Still Feb 11 here, like I said a few days ago, they wont release results until its Feb 12 in whole of EU. February 12, 2019! LET TH...
