Alternatively - but less likely - this is already the second round of ranking, and the first round happened earlier this month, but just no one on the site was ranked then.

There were two rankings: Jan 12 and Jan 24. They correspond almost completely to being accepted and rejected.
There might be another ranking at another time - maybe tomorrow - it doesn't have to be in 12 more days! So we could still get the results on Monday.

Also note that some people in SOC,CHEM, etc. are in the EF and some people are in the GF, so although the panels look the same they actually are grouped differently.
